So much has changed in the past few decades when it comes to electronic devices for babies. From changes in baby monitors, thermometers, and bottle warmers just to name a few. Whatever need you might have for your baby, more than likely it could be something electronic.
These days, you can’t find a baby monitor under $40 and if you do, congratulations. Baby monitors have come a long way. Now they have monitors with video cameras where you can see your baby from anywhere in your house. There was a time when these video baby monitors where only in black and white but now they are in full color. These are by no means a cheap item. A monitor of this sort can cost you well up to $300.
Twenty years ago or even 10 years ago, would you have ever thought you’d buy a $50 sound machine for your baby? There are sound machines now that will help soothe your baby. They have sound machines with nightlights on them and mp3 plug-in ports. Imagine that!
How about those cute little bouncers? They weren’t nearly as fancy ten years ago as they are today. They have sleek plush designs and beautiful bright colors to them. They have bouncers that vibrate, convert to rocking chairs. What about the baby swings that go in all different directions? There are vibrating bouncers and swings that both have mp3 plug-in options.
A lot has changed over the years in the world of baby electronics. Can you imagine what the world would be like today if some of these things were never invented? Is it about the baby’s needs for all of these new and exciting creations? Or is it that all of these new electronic equipment is helping the parents become lazy about spending one on one time with the child? You be the judge.
